Manage an Architectural and Structural Precast Plant. Enforce all aspects of company policy and procedures. Maintain a safe working environment. Develop production schedules to meet project deadlines. Bachelor’s degree/5 years of management in precast concrete manufacturing environment preferred.  PCI Level III Certificate preferred.  Attractive writing, speaking, communication skill set.  Computer skills requirements include Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).  Capable of improving other employee skills, knowledge through training/ coaching/ guidance.  First aid responder a plus.  Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.  Ability to problem solve and maintain optimum results in a fast paced environment.
