  • Media removal and installation supervision . . .
    Complete removal and installation supervision is available to Sidley customers, if needed, at a nominal price. Over 30 years of experience insures filter performance.

  • Induction and pneumatic installation . . .
    Save time and money. Unique placement of Support Gravels and Filter Media is possible in bulk loads when using the Sidley inductor. For placement of Filter Media only, the pneumatic trailer is desirable. Either system allows for the transportation of Media by hose into your plant at distances of at least 250 feet.

  • How can we determine when we need to replace our media system?
    This can depend upon many factors including operation and maintenance of related filter components. As a standard rule-of-thumb, the filter media products should be replaced every 10-12 years. The media particles have a tendency to round-off from attrition and lose its cleansing effectiveness. The media can also increase in size due to the build-up of chemicals and polymer on a granule.
