Director of Sales & Marketing

Jennifer Grundy

Jennifer Grundy brings deep experience in marketing and business development that has been honed through leadership positions across multiple vertical industries. Jennifer initially began her career as an interior designer then used her creativity and business management skills to move into project director and operations management roles. She joined Sidley Precast Group in 2006 as Business Development Director and now holds the corporate position as Director of Marketing & Sales. Jennifer learned along the way that working hard and building relationships are key to success but having a team and products that you believe in also don’t hurt.

Jennifer oversees the development and implementation of marketing and communications to increase awareness of R.W. Sidley’s expansive offering of sand and gravel, concrete, masonry and supplies, precast structures, and transportation solutions. She collaborates with our business team to uncover opportunities to achieve consistent growth while identifying market insights that keep our customers informed about the latest building and design trends. Jennifer recently orchestrated the redesign of our company’s website, updating it to reinforce R.W. Sidley’s brand consistency and provide designers, architects, and builders with better access to our resources and capabilities.
As a Thiel College graduate, Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art and Business Administration. She also attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she earned an associate’s degree in Interior Design and studied overseas in Australia for a year. Jennifer recently obtained certification as a Digital Marketing Professional to further engagement with Sidley’s potential and existing customers.
When meeting Jennifer, you instantly realize that she is a very positive and determined person. “There is always a way, either find a way or make a way” is advice that has stuck with her, serving as a reminder that even problems that seem impossible can be solved through ingenuity and creativity and having a little faith.

In Jennifer’s spare time, you’ll likely find her working on a restoration project for her century home, gardening, practicing yoga, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and her rescue dogs – often around a campfire in the woods.
