We offer extremely competitive medical and low deductible ($400) and low employee contribution rates. We also offer dental and vision. Even if you prefer not to enroll, we offer a $1,500 opt-out stipend with proof of other coverage.
REFERRAL REWARD
We offer a $500 referral reward when referrals are hired and stay for 3 months ($250) and 6 months ($250).
RETIREMENT
We offer a 401k plan with maximum 4.5% contribution from the employer. You get 3% even if you contribute nothing yourself. We also have a free investment education/guidance dedicated rep.
