Diane Butch serves an HR Generalist at R.W. Sidley, managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, screening applicants, hiring, and onboarding. She also oversees employee benefits, shapes the workplace culture, and provides support to the HR manager. Having worked as a corporate training specialist in the past, Diane is highly adept at identifying top talent and engaging with all levels of personnel to achieve industry-leading levels of retainment and satisfaction.
