Don Goodenow tests and inspects R.W. Sidley’s material products at various stages of the production process as part of our Quality Assurance Program. He is responsible for ensuring samples of our construction aggregates, filter media, sports turf aggregates, and bunker sands meet stringent internal and external requirements. Don also documents all test results and looks for opportunities to improve our materials, processes, and products. His previous experience working for a crushed stone supplier and in a soil, asphalt, and concrete lab prepared Don to become an integral part of our QA team.

Don believes the best advice he ever received was to always be early, which explains why he is consistently one of the first employees to arrive at the plant each day. He appreciates the atmosphere at R.W. Sidley where he says everyone works together and gets along. In his spare time, Don enjoys camping, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and shooting trap.
